Rafael Nunes is an entrepreneur and real estate investor with over 15 years of experience working for major groups such as BRMalls, Burger King Brasil, GP Investimentos, and Saphyr (HSI).
He has lived in Porto since 2018, combining his high-performance executive career with his personal experience as an investor.
Co-founding a management company for foreign clients in 2019 and, since 2024, operating exclusively in the Portuguese market, Rafael advises international investors and families with real data, clarity, and a long-term strategic vision.
